This article describes how to remotely reboot a device in Miradore Online. Currently only Android devices are supported.
- Enterprise Plan subscription or trial.
- Miradore Online client 2.5.0 or newer installed to the devices.
- Devices has been provisioned as work managed devices with device owner mode.
When these requirements are met, the simplest way to reboot a device is to open the device page. Start by navigating to Mobile management > Devices and choose the desired device. Click the open icon or double click the row to open device page. Start the Reboot device action from the page action menu and follow the instructions. Press Reboot to confirm.
The status of the action can be seen from the Mobile management > Events page or from the device events.
