This article describes how to remotely request client logs from Android devices. Client logs are sent to Miradore Online support and will not be shown to the administrator. This feature can be used when Miradore Online support has requested client logs from a device while for example processing a support ticket.

How to request client logs
Client logs cannot be requested from multiple devices simultaneously, so the feature is only available on device form. To request client logs, open the device page. Start by navigating to Mobile management > Devices and choose the desired device. Click the open icon or double click the row to open device page.
Start the Request client logs action from the page action menu and follow the instructions. Confirm the action by pressing the Request button. The client should then send the logs to Miradore Online support.
The status of the action can be seen from the Mobile management > Events page or from the device events.
