About enrollment message

Miradore Online provides two message templates for enrollment emails. The other is used for self-service enrollment and the other is used by administrators when enrollment messages are sent from the management console. The enrollment messages can be modified by the administrator.

Modifying the Self-service enrollment message

The message can be modified from the System > Infrastructure diagram view. Click Modify enrollment message from the Actions menu to modify the message.

The self-service enrollment message contains the following mandatory sections. Their order or content cannot be changed.

  1. Enrollment credentials
  2. Direct link to start the enrollment
  3. URL to the enrollment site

Texts between the mandatory sections can be modified. After you have modified the message click Save. The changes will be active immediately.

Modifying the enrollment message sent by administrators from the management console

The enrollment message sent by administrators can be modified in the device enrollment wizard. The enrollment message contains the following mandatory sections. Their order or content cannot be changed.

  1. Direct link to start the enrollment
  2. URL to the enrollment site
  3. The enrollment credentials

Texts between the mandatory sections can be modified. In case you want to use the modified message in future enrollments, click Save as default. The changes will be active immediately.

Note! In case you don't save your changes, the modified enrollment message is used only this time and the default message is used for the next enrollment.
