Service alerts

Service alerts occur when there is a problem in the communication between your device and Miradore Online. Currently, you can receive the following notifications:

  • "Access denied from iOS device": Miradore Online cannot authenticate an iOS device anymore. In this case you must re-enroll the device to get it back online.
  • "APNS certificate has expired": Uploaded Apple Push Certificate has expired and Sync now commands cannot be sent to iOS devices. Navigate to System > Infrastructure diagram and renew certificate.
  • "APNS certificate has been revoked": Uploaded Apple Push Certificate has been revoked from Apple portal and Sync now commands cannot be sent to iOS devices. Navigate to System > Infrastructure diagram and renew certificate.
