Remote Assistance and Control


Remote support functions supported in Miradore Management Suite:

Remote control

Administrators can remotely control unattended computers, such as servers in server rooms, through an encrypted connection.

Remote assistance

IT end-users can invite a supporter to remotely view their screens and share their control over mouse and keyboard whenever they need assistance, which reduces the need for on-site support and shortens the problem resolution times.

Also with text chat, bi-directional file transfer and session recording, the supporters can better educate the end-users to avoid wasting their time with the same problems over and over again in the future.
