IOS Support not enabled

When using web link to enrol device I receive the error "IOS Support not enabled"

 

How can I enable this to join device?

Hi.

Have you configured the Apple Push Certificate to your Miradore Online site? This is a mandatory step before iOS devices can be enrolled. I am not 100% sure if this could be cause the error you received, but maybe it is worth to check the certificate.

I have done and have also done again. Error occurse on the web page login.online.miradore.com/enrollnow

Hi.

Another thought: are you opening the enrollment page with the Safari browser? Unfortunately iOS enrollment does not work with other browsers (such as Chrome), but Apple requires it to be done via Safari.

If this is not the case either, I would advice you to open a support ticket to Miradore Online support. Best way to do this would be through the "Contact us" menu on the upper right corner of your Miradore Online site:

* Type in your question in few words (and maybe a link to this discussion thread here) and it opens the support ticket and also logs your site details so support team is able to help you faster.
